Twenty Years of Service · A Promise Through Time | Across Mountains and Seas, Honoring Dedication

Time passes swiftly, yet original aspirations remain steadfast. Twenty years are enough for a young sapling to grow into a towering tree, and enough for perseverance to be refined into a weighty legacy of contribution. Today, we held the “Twenty Years of Service · A Promise Through Time” recognition ceremony, bearing witness to an honor that transcends time and paying tribute to those who have stood shoulder to shoulder with Seaforest through more than 7,300 days and nights—Group Chairman Sun Luzheng and Sun Xianzhen, Quality Management Director of the Vietnam Factory Support Team.

 

Twenty Years of Footsteps: From Original Aspiration to Mastery, Moving Forward Without Pause

In July 2005, Xianzhen Sun joined Seaforest, beginning a professional journey deeply intertwined with the Company’s development. Over the past twenty years, she started as a production coordinator and advanced step by step, successively serving as Factory Director, Workshop Manager, and Quality Management Director, accumulating profound expertise in production and quality management.

In April 2025, as Seaforest accelerated its international expansion, Xianzhen Sun resolutely accepted an overseas assignment and joined the Vietnam Factory under the Overseas Investment Management Division as Quality Management Director, taking full responsibility for product quality control at the Vietnam facility.

From domestic operations to overseas expansion, from frontline roles to management positions, every step of her journey has echoed the rhythm of the Company’s growth. In the early years, she worked closely with suppliers to balance cost and quality; during periods of scale expansion, she promoted standardized and institutionalized production processes; on the front line of quality management, she safeguarded the lifeline of product quality, earning lasting market trust. Roles evolved, challenges changed—but her diligence, professionalism, and pragmatic work ethic remained constant.

Voices and Resonance: Gratitude, Pride, and a New Beginning

When delivering her remarks, Xianzhen Sun spoke with emotion, her voice trembling yet resolute.

She shared: “Over these twenty years, I have witnessed the Company grow from a team of just over a dozen employees to more than 1,500, from one factory to nine, and from domestic operations to overseas expansion.” As she recounted Seaforest’s transformation, her words were filled with pride—from steady growth to robust expansion, from China to the global stage, every step deeply meaningful.

She reflected: “Seaforest is not only where I work; it is a warm home.” Here, she found like-minded partners, earned trust and support from leadership, and came to deeply appreciate the core values embedded in the Company’s culture—health, responsibility, agility, and excellence.

She concluded: “Twenty years are not an endpoint, but a new beginning.” Looking ahead, she pledged to continue forward with gratitude, working side by side with colleagues to contribute to the Company’s enduring success.

 

Moments in Time: From 2006 to 2026

In his address, Chairman Luzheng Sun shared two vivid moments spanning two decades:

In 2006, we received a major order, yet we did not have our own factory. We collaborated with more than a dozen factories across five provinces. At that time, Sun Xianzhen and I each led a team, traveling across provinces to follow production. In Henan, we covered thousands of miles; in Juancheng, to prevent delays, we immersed ourselves in workshops, working late into the night alongside frontline workers. It was this determination to stay ‘on the front line’ that earned us respect and priority from our partners.

Fast forward to 2026. Xianzhen is now working closely with her team at the Vietnam factory, overseeing quality management. We are about to move into a newly built facility. The year 2026 will be critical for stabilizing operations and increasing capacity at the Vietnam factory. At the same time, the Group will fully advance the practice of ‘dynamic innovation’ and ‘lean management.’ This requires every manager to lead by example and every colleague to learn and take action.

Chairman Luzheng Sun concluded: “Looking back on the past twenty years, Seaforest people share two defining traits: first, the ability to continuously learn new skills, adapt to different roles, and embrace a pioneering spirit; second, the readiness to step forward whenever the Company needs them. Congratulations to Xianzhen—and congratulations to all of us—for crossing this extraordinary twenty-year milestone together.

Chairman Luzheng Sun then presented Xianzhen Sun, via an online ceremony, with the Twenty-Year Distinguished Service Gold Medal, symbolizing the highest honor. Through her career, Xianzhen Sun has written a powerful chapter of dedication, growth, and contribution.
