Respect and Protect Intellectual Property Rights

Seaforest strictly complies with national laws and regulations, upholds the principles of fairness, justice, and honesty, and actively fulfills its duty to protect the intellectual property rights of customers.
Some measures have been implemented to ensure the confidentiality of customer information and protect their intellectual property rights:
1.If necessary, we sign a legally binding confidentiality agreement with the customer before cooperation, which clearly stipulates that any information that is considered the customer’s trade secrets must not be disclosed, copied, or used without authorization.
2.In terms of the customer’s original products, we take proactive measures to protect them throughout the product development, production, and sales processes, including information confidentiality, information segregation, exclusive sales in specific areas, and support for the customer in applying for patents in specific regions, etc.
3.We show respect for the customer’s brand throughout the collaboration. Without permission, we will not use the customer’s brand or mention it in any promotional materials, nor display their products.
4.We will regularly conduct training on intellectual property laws for employees, require them to sign confidentiality commitment letters, and clarify the consequences of information leakage. Only core technical staff will be authorized to access customers’ design files, while ordinary workers will only receive the necessary operational instructions.
