The 14th “Seaforest Cup” National Vocational Students Dyeing Skill Competition concluded successfully

This three-day event attracts 59 excellent students from 12 vocational colleges in provinces such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shandong to compete on the same stage. The competition consists of two parts: theoretical assessments and on-site practical assessments, aiming to comprehensively and deeply evaluate the contestants’ professional knowledge and practical abilities. The theoretical assessment serves as an in-depth examination of the contestants’ grasp of theoretical knowledge, while the practical assessment tests their hard power, including the ability to judge luster and shade, the application ability of dyeing and printing formulas, the operational use of dyeing and printing techniques, and the ability to analyze and solve problems on-site.

This competition is not only a showcase of skills but also a grand gathering for teachers and students from vocational colleges nationwide to display their exquisite craftsmanship and exchange innovative ideas. After the competition, Zhang Hongru, the production manager of Seaforest’s Dongyun factory, delivered a lecture titled “An Overview of Wig Types and Production Processes”. He vividly demonstrated the various types of products and explained the wig production process in detail. This lecture provides a new perspective on wig knowledge for the participants and sparks a deep interest in the field. It further enhances Seaforest’s visibility among teachers and students in vocational colleges nationwide and lays a solid foundation for the company to attract more outstanding talent in the future.
